Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we are located in Lagos. You can select “Pickup at our Store” during checkout if you prefer to collect and inspect your gear in person. Please bring your Order ID and a valid ID for verification.

How long does delivery take?

For Lagos deliveries, expect your order within 24 to 48 hours. If you have an urgent shoot, contact our WhatsApp line for expedited same-day delivery. Nationwide shipping to other states typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

Do you offer Payment on Delivery (POD)?

Because we deal in high-value electronic equipment, we do not currently offer general Payment on Delivery. All orders must be fully paid via our secure online gateway or direct bank transfer before dispatch.

What happens if my drone or camera arrives damaged?

All shipments are fully insured in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please do not open the manufacturer seal. Take clear photos of the packaging and contact our support team at +234 803 309 6286 within 24 hours of delivery.
