3-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or significantly different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original manufacturer packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and box seals must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For security and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened memory cards, activated software/subscriptions, or gear showing physical damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Lagos facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via direct bank transfer to your provided account within 3 to 5 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, Legit Joint will cover the return shipping costs. For standard exchanges or change-of-mind requests (where permitted), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If you are shipping high-value items back to us, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
