Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (WAT) Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order has been handed over to our logistics partners.

Lagos Deliveries

We offer localized flat-rate shipping across Lagos State. Delivery times within Lagos typically range from 24 to 48 hours depending on your exact zone (e.g., Ikeja, Lekki, Epe, Ikorodu). For urgent shoots, same-day delivery can be arranged by contacting our WhatsApp support team prior to checkout.

Nationwide Deliveries (Outside Lagos)

We proudly ship premium camera gear to all 36 states in Nigeria. Nationwide shipping carries a standard flat rate of ₦12,000. Delivery to major cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, etc.) typically takes 2 to 4 business days. All high-value items are securely packaged, sealed, and fully insured in transit to guarantee your equipment arrives in pristine condition.

In-Store Pickup

Local pickup is free. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a notification when your gear is ready for collection at our Lagos store. Please bring a valid government ID and your Order ID for verification.
